Our studies encompass geographic areas
ranging from the southeastern United States to global studies encompassing
15 international markets. These global projects are accomplished by
utilizing our strategic affiliate network -- a UNIQUE Fry
asset. Representative case studies include:
- An international agriculture commodity
benchmark best practices study with four annual updates. As many as 15
foreign markets were examined. This analysis evaluated international
marketing programs, and provided recommendations for improving the
programs as appropriate. This was a Market Access Program(MAP) funded
project.
- A Mexican market opportunity studyutilizing Market Access Program (MAP)
funds, for a family of products used in the agriculture markets. The
effort examined competitive product usage, market structure, and growth
trends. Recommendations included a definitive market strategy for
increasing sales in the growing Mexican market.
- A southeastern U.S. panelized housing market opportunity study.
This included recommended entry strategies that has resulted in increased panelized
housing sales in the target market.
- Fry completed a nationwide study to benchmark best export
practices, designed to be utilized by state and federal economic
development agencies to assist small- to mid-sized manufacturers with
their export processes.
- A strategic planning engagement for an
education organization that assists K-12 students in rural southern
areas. We worked closely with the CEO and the Board of Directors to
implement our recommendations for developing and implementing our
client's programs more effectively.
- A regional food service and distribution
market opportunity study. This effort included a qualitative and
quantitative analysis of the target market opportunity and appropriate
recommendations for increasing target market sales.
- Fry completed a customer
satisfaction evaluation for a state international trade
division. This study assisted the agency in improving and refocusing its
efforts to assist companies with
international business development.
- Fry assisted a regional agricultural cooperative with the development of
a model for prioritizing promotional activities
in foreign markets to benefit U.S. food exporters.
