Code of Conduct

We will put the client's interest first, before our own, in all professional matters and client relationships. 

We will serve our clients with integrity, competence and professionalism. 

We shall provide candid, objective advice based on impartial analysis. 

We will consider all client information proprietary and treat it strictly confidential unless explicit permission is granted to release the information.

We will accept only engagements for which we are qualified by experience and competence.

We will provide clients with a written proposal or work plan that outlines the objective, scope, methodology, estimated time and fees, and consultants to be assigned.

We will obtain the client's agreement if terms of the proposal or work plan need to be revised due to changing conditions, and we will confirm any revisions in writing prior to taking action.

We will not accept any consideration from individuals or organizations that we recommend a client use as part of the consulting engagement.

We will not submit a proposal, work plan or report to a client until it has been reviewed by a minimum of two Managing Principals.

We will recommend practical, cost effective solutions, and we will be available to assist in their implementation when we are qualified to do so.

We will continually strive to improve the quality of our services and to excel in meeting client requirements.
