- Fry completed a nationwide
study to Benchmark Best Export Practices,
designed to be utilized by state and
federaleconomic development agencies to
assist small to mid-size manufacturers with their global
export processes.
- Fry assisted a regional agricultural cooperative
with the development of a model for
prioritizing promotional activities in foreign markets to benefit
U.S. food exporters.
- Fry assessed the effectiveness of an agricultural cooperative's
program to promote fresh produce from the Southeast United States to Canadian markets.
- Fry has performed a significant amount of work in the area of freight and
logistics, having completed a number of studies for a national freight bureau
involving interviews with most major freight forwarders, shippers, carriers,
shipping associations, ports, and related government
and private institutions.
- Fry has assisted an export promotion agency with
prioritizing markets and products for its generic program activities. The end result
was a quantitative database-driven model to determine "best markets for best products."
- Fry developed strategic assessments and recommendations for a
food cooperative's generic programs to help with the
promotion strategy.
- Fry completed a study for a state Department of
Agriculture in which Fry assisted with profiling exporters and
non-exporters in their region.
- Fry completed a customer satisfaction program for a
state Department of Industry and Trade, whose primary
mission is to assist small- and mid-sized manufacturers with export activities.
