• Fry conducted a corporate image study for a regional Bell operating company. This was a phased study, comprised of focus groups and telephone and personal interviews. Our client was qualitatively and quantitatively compared to other large telecommunications organizations in such areas as product quality, overall service quality, advertising, and other areas.
