Fritts, Senior Provider Planning Task Force
I've just had the opportunity to read
your Final Report, provided to Board members and me....<and> I find
it an excellent piece of work. It must represent many, many hours
of research, analysis, and discussion.
A direct link is apparent from the
very broad goals the Task Force set for itself and the study's findings
and recommendations. That alone is an accomplishment to be proud
of. You and your volunteers are to be greatly commended for your
study's quality and for the dispatch with which such a large undertaking
was accomplished.
". . . .an excellent
piece of work . . . ."
The comparative background information
that emerged from the study and the specific recommendations the Task Force
committees made are extremely valuable. They answer a large number
of elementary and advanced questions rather definitively.....
It's also wonderful that the study
describes so many feasible, concrete actions to enhance access and services
in each area. All the committee reports are impressive. Their
recommendations display both practicality and inventiveness......
". . . .recommendations
display both practicality and inventiveness . . . ."
The findings and recommendations of
the 'Physician's Role' committee are among the most noteworthy......It
was interesting....to see such an impressive array of concrete and discrete
actions identified to address the unmet need in this area."
